plot(x, species = "AllSpecies", type = "response", ...)

Arguments

x: a fitted species_mix model.
species: which species residuals to plot. Default is "AllSpecies".
type: "response" or "link" for plotting of residuals to be on the linear predictor scale.
\dots: Extra plotting arguments.

Details

Plot random quantile residuals (RQR). "RQR" produces residuals for each species.
