I’m a Biostatistican at CSIRO. I work on the development and implementation of statistical and mathematical models to undestand biodiversity risks posed by socio-economic drivers. I have a background in statistical ecological modelling (maps and stats) and continue to work in that space. Currently, I am interested in a bunch of different statistical models, including: finite mixture models, where I lead the development of the ecomix package for mulitple species modelling. I am also interested in joint species distribution models, point processes, gaussian processes, some other space-time statsie models (HMM). I am also interested in experimental design, especially in the context of point processes.
